hope someone can help with this...

A while ago, I set my alarm to go off at a certain time (6:20am) because I needed it to. It worked fine.

Ever since then, it's been going off daily at 6:20am, regardless of what time the alarm is actually set to in the control panel and whether the alarm is on or off. I've also set the alarm to different times and it does honor those, as well as the on/off...until 6:20am every morning, when it still goes off regardless.

I'm quite confused at this point - I've checked the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Clock/0 and the time (in hex) does represent the setting displayed by the control panel. The On/Off setting does also reflect the control panel as well. The other keys (1, 2, 3) don't have values under them.

Anyone have any ideas?

Same here...it's killing me because my alarm goes off early every morning. This is the third time it's happened to me. The first time, I fixed it by clearing all settings on the phone (which was a side effect of flashing the ROM with a new version). The second time, it fixed itself after about a week.
It's not reminders -- it's the alarm. Did you ever get it fixed?
My phone is a Cingular 3125.

I have the same problem with t-mobile shadow. I have set the alarm 3 times and now everyday each alarm goes off regardless of the setings in my alarm settings. (off)

There has to be a way to edit something to get these alarms deleted. T-mobile says the next windows mobile release is intended to fix this but I have no idea how long that will be. I beleive a hard reset will delete these alarms but prefer not to go to this step.

Any suggestions?

Two Suggestions:

1. Try SKTools - it is free (lite version) and cleans up a number of things that can cause problems.

2. Make sure that you are not getting an alarm reset with your Outlook syncs. In other words check Outlook for errant alarms that may be syncing to the phone.

Try suggest 1 and let us know what happens.
