Check you billing with AWS seems they are reducing "lifetime" anytime minutes without notice. Been on the phone with them trying to resolve this issue.

Trying to talk to CC now, but after being dropped twice while on hold, who knows, the do see that 250 lifetime anytime minutes are missing, but don't know why. going to a supervisor. Also, credit for upgrade/contract extenstion isn't there (lowered price of SMT 5600), so I'm now being charged full pop.
