Yes, it's in the ring mode settings...
Start - 8.Settings - 3.Profiles - Hightlight your profile - Menu - 1.Edit
Ring Type. - Vibrate & Ring.

other options are:
Ring
Ring once
Increasing Ring
Vibrate
Vibrate then ring
Vibrate and ring
Silent
