is ther a way that you can get the sound to play more than one time like set it to go offf every five min.

I tried adding a script to the notifications registry key and found that it did, in fact, cause the notifications to repeat.

Unfortunately it would not stop repeating. Even after the SMS was read (and/or deleted).

I actually had to pull the battery to get it to stop. Of course, I removed the script.

Sorry I don't have the answer, maybe someone more intrepid can come up with a working solution. At least you can cross the above technique off the list.
