Topic sums it up. I don't know if it's possible, but I'd assume it is with the speaker and media capabilities. Any help is possible, and sorry if this is a common question.

You can have mp3 as ringtone only if you have WM2003.
On Wm2002 you can have only mid and wav.

actually its still not possible to have mp3s as ringtones on the WM2003.. but you can have WMA files as ringtones. The only alternative to having an mp3 as a ringtone is to convert it to wav format (16bit, 33khz, stereo).

Just use the 100% freeware called http://www.dbpoweramp.com/

D/l the codecs for all the music types

it's posible to have a wma as the ringtone, you just have to make it fit. Since I use att, after the 4th ring it goes to voicemail so I made the song last 45 seconds which is about 1.13mb. I then moved the file to the folder where all the phone ringtones are and it works just fine. Whenever someone calls, the wma song plays very clearly and fine until it goes to voicemail.

actually the mpx200 can use mp3 as ringtones go to www.planetringtone and dl some of them its going to set up your ringtones.
