Hy, I have 2 questions about mpx200.

1: I was wondering if the phone would charge through an usb hub with dc power suply, not connected to a computer.

2: Why can't I make a smiley with sms:S, the only ascii is ,.@_ with the 1 button. Or am I missing something:P (ms sp 2003)

Question 1 - yes as long as the hub is powered it will work - my wife does this with her MPX200.

You can also purchase a cheap device that will plug into either the car cigarette lighter port, or a regular power plug for your USB devices.

Yup the Boxwave Versa charger...



We have a couple of these that will be awarded as prizes in the near future. There is also a review that will be coming soon as well. It is a pretty handy little charger, if I say so myself. They also sell retractable sync/charging cables as well that will be included in the review.
