does any1 know a site with free SMT 5600 skins/themes

This was easy enough for me to put a picture of my kid as a background.

I downloaded the microsoft theme generator and that works fine to change the background image. But other than the "windows simple, wndows default, etc" layouts is there a way to create a new layout? They either have too much info or not quite enough for the homescreen.
