QUOTE (lmd @ Aug 10 2006, 05:12 AM) *
I'm in singapore.Recently I changed my SIM with an one supporting 3G from the service provider Singtel. But I found it can receive calls, but can not call out. It shows the call is connected, but, neither I can hear anything nor the receiver does, i.e. I can't anything during calling, even the dialing tone. This SIM card and my phone can work on another phone and SIM card respectively.
I've tried 2003 and wm5 ROMs, the problem is still there. Since I havn't smartphone2002 anymore, don't know if it works.
Any idea to solve this?

I assume U R trying to put UMTS sim into MPx200. Correct me if wrong. Since MPx200 doesn't have UMTS, it probably won't work, as, it doesn't.

I had WM2003 on my MPx200, exported sms to PC with SmartPhone Studio, to .spd extension.
Now I'm trying to import them to phone, but now I have the WM05 installed on it. But, when I import them, SP Studio says that everything is done right, but there are no sms in my phone. Is there any software that can use this .spd file to import messages to my phone???

You don't have to do a hard reset when the installation is interupted. Try to find the install folder in storage/windows/appmgr. It contains all cab files send to phone via exe instalation files. I assume the cab file for dictionary is pretty big, and also the installation, so it corrupted the whole storage memory, and you couldn't do anything. I see I'm a bit late to help you, but hope I helped you for the future problems like this.

I had ROM with 2 images, and it does work, but you have to flash phone with both of them. First the img2, the bigger, and then the img3, the smaller. You also have to input the sd card before flashing with the first one (img2).

QUOTE (smart-turk @ Dec 25 2005, 06:37 PM)
well in Turkey we made this upgrade succesfully and made a movie for this. It is not very very hard if you watch this movie and also you don't need any keys for installation.

Sorry i am new and dont know the rule about NOT to add rom hosting site link. You can send private message to me to have the link.

Is there a way to save the movie, and not to open the page whenever I want to see it?

How did you do Hard Reset with SD/MMC in the phone when you have to take it out during Hard Reset? You have to do HR after installing new WM, don't you?
