when i start up my MPX i get an error telling me that the program "cprog.exe" is corrupt! and i cannot run my phone... any suggestions?

Try a hard reset. That could fix the problem. If it doesn't, flash the ROM. If there's a corrupt file in the ROM, flashing it will replace that file with a working one.

i have done both... i tryed one rom, was in Chinese but still didnt work. then tried one in english and it still doesnt work. i will look again for another rom...

Were they both WM5 ROMs? I can't imagine the same problem occuring after flashing the ROM unless it was a WM5 ROM and your SD card has a corrupt section or something.

i took out the SD card and put in a new one, works like a charm.
