Seba I noticed you have the audiovox, and the mpx220 also. I was looking at getting a newer phone. How do you like the newer phones and which one do you prefer the audiovox or 220? Also I'll be moving to NJ and may want to unlock my phone. Can I just get a T-mobile sim card from tmobile or order a cheap free phone and take the sim card out and unlock my mpx or audiovox (whichever i use if I upgrade) with the card? Thanks in advance.

ok what you should do go to the t-mobile and pick up free phone then just unlock your mpx 220 or smt 5600 and put the sim card from you free phone to your mpx 220 or smt 5600 and about the newer phoen my advice will be to get SMT 5600 is much better and you will have less problems with that phone then with mpx 220.

You are correct.  It is agains the forum rules to post links to the firmware, or to make a specific request for someone to provide it to you.  If you search hard enough, you can find copies of it floating around.

i can only tell you to try emule and you will find it laugh.gif

The only 1200mAh battery I've seen advertised is in German.  It's a PolyLi battery to boot!
I wonder if these can be found somewhere else.

One person that tested a 1200mAh battery had very poor results.
They never reported back after having been recommended some tweaks.
