Help with Mitac Mio 168, Getting rid of mio maps...

I am planning on installling a better GPS mapping / directions software... What do you guys think is the best GPS software??? I tried Pocket streets and it sucks. You can ry them before you purchase, they are relatively cheap; ~$10 per county or $99 for the whole USA, and the program is free so you can use the same maps with both a Pocket PC and Smartphone. SO, I downloaded it, and some local demo maps. Went shopping with the family and NOW I just finished purchasing a Mappack. DEFINATELY a move up from teh miotac crap. As far as removing it, the only way I found was to manually delete the folder in the file explorer..... Thank you very much for hte help / suggestion though!
