Hi All,

I was expecting somebody knows the solution for this problem

Problem: I have HTC Touch (Black one) P3450 from last few days while I
connect my device to PC i am getting
below error message.

error: "Synchronization cannot be completed successfully. Reconnect
your device and try again. If the problem persists, see the Microsoft
ActiveSync Troubleshooter in Microsoft ActiveSync Help on your desktop
computer."

I had restarted my device many time also I had reinstall ActiveSync
4.5 to my PC.
but as the relationship between PC and Mobile device is not identified
it will giving me above error.

Please help.

I'm not entirely certain with the GSM Touch, but here's a possible solution. Find the USB to PC setting (on my Sprint Touch you go to Start/Settings/System, and there is USB to PC. On the VZW Touch I just got for review you go to Start/Settings/Connections). It is probably in Start/Settings/Connections. Open the program, and uncheck the box 'Enable advanced network functionality'. Try connecting it to your PC, and see if it works now.
