I've had my Cingular 3125 for about a month and all of a sudden when I opened the phone to use it, the screen was black. I tried powering it back on, removing and replacing the battery cover, and pluging in the power charger, and nothing happens. The battery was fully charged. I noticed at one point that the charge light was red and stayed lit, even after I removed the phone from the charger, but would still not power on. I removed and replaced the battery and the light did not come back on. I called AT&T, and their shipping me another one. Is there a way I can get the pictures and phone numbers from the phone? I tried connecting the phone to my computer, and nothing. It's like all of a sudden, no power and the phone won't power on no matter what I try. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I also have MS Voice Command and several games installed on the phone. I would appreciate any help I can get.
I don't think you can retrieve the data off it. Have you tired a hard reset to get the phone functional again? That could get it working, but it would erase everything you have stored on the phone.
Try the new phone's battery in the old phone
