So I read the discussion on customizing the home page and wanted to try it out, but I am getting an "Access is denied" error when I try to copy a new file to the \Application Data\home directory, and for that matter, to almost all system directories (such as trying to create additional profiles). I can't modify existing files either. I don't see any properties that would flag the directory as read-only. Any reg edits for this? Any ideas?

Also, is there a list of additional plug-in's available somewhere?

This is a Motorola Q from Sprint, just got it.

Thanks a lot.

Edit: It seems that I can copy a ZIP file into the directory, and I can open the ZIP and view the xml file on the Q, but can't extract it. This is just bizarre. Are certain file types blocked (like XML) but others allowed (like ZIP)?

If you are trying to copy a file from a zip folder to the Q, it will give you that error. You must first extract the file to your PC, then copy it to the Q once it is no longer in a zip folder. Is that the problem you're having?
