Hi,

I was happily using my MPX220 all these years.. this weekend, the LCD screen seems to have gone bonkers. It's just off white. I can still make and receive calls, but cannot see a thing on the screen. Once a while (randomly) I can see the screen for a few minutes. it seems to flicker a bit.

Please help...

It sounds like the LCD ribbon connecting the screen in the upper half of the phone to the rest of the hardware in the lower half of the phone has come loose. You could try to fix it if that is indeed the problem. You'd have to disassemble the phone to check if the cable is loose, and reattach it if it is.
