I've had my SDA for a couple weeks now, and I am want to reprogram the T-Mobile button to do something else. Like maybe open a browser or something.

Any way to do this?

Thanks.

In the windows folder there is a file named Short_AP1.
This file contains the link that the "T" button points to.
Just change the link in the file and restart.

Awesome - Thank you!

For some reason though, I can't seem to change the shortcut on the file. I tried both copying to my desktop and editing it, and editing it though properties in the file manager on the phone. Neither way worked. It appears that it's a read-only file and is part of the rom or something.

Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong?

Is your SDA completely unlocked? I followed this guide to fully unlock phones when I'm unable to overwrite system files.
