I received my codes as well - thank you!!!

FLORIN - please know that I am still pleased with your level of service (as compared to others out there), and still believe all of the endorsements you have received. But you have to understand that when you state that codes should be received within 5 minutes, and others are stating that they received them in much less time, there is an expectation set. And when the codes aren't received (and it becomes hours instead of minutes), customers are going to get concerned that maybe something didn't work correctly, so they will send emails to the support address (that you provide for issues) looking for answers. That doesn't mean we are 'complaining', or criticizing, it just means that we paid for a service, something obviously didn't go right (your end/our end/somewhere) so we are following-up to see if there is something else we need to do.

Regarding the Yahoo/Hotmail issue, if that seems to be a persistent issue, maybe you could add something to your site saying that, so customers know ahead of time.

Thanks again (and thanks for the forum as well!!!).

I updated my site with a note to the customers about posible delays cause of yahoo or hotmail.

Most of our customers don't use the Yahoo or hotmail, that why i didn't state from beging about this problem. Till now only 3 customers (that include you 2) complained about the delay, so u see why i didn't state it cause i was thinking was a rare case wink.gif

Thanks for your understanding.

Best regards,

See guys a little patience pays off in the end. Glad to see that all has ended well, and hope the other guy gets his code as well...

I noticed these updates when I tried out your service today...but one thing....I HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY EMAIL YET AND IT'S BEEN SEVERAL HOURS!!!!

oh wait...that's because I was able to login to the site with my email and IMEI and get the code quicker than I would have gotten it if I checked my email immediately...
(I haven't even checked my email yet tongue.gif)

I'm extremely pleased with the service offered...

Both my Dad and I got our new Mpx220's and we are going to be selling our mpx200's on Ebay...an unlocked phone looks a bit more attractive than a locked phone on ebays these days. Used this service to unlock my dad's (unlocked mine originally when I got the phone over a year ago).

Has anyone of you all paid and got the flash program and flashed the phone to 2003 after you had the phone un-locked???

I'm having big time problems.

It is just failing so i don't know if the applications are locked or what.

I have the sim locked so then you turn on it asks for a password.

Would that interfear with the firmware upgrade.

Let me know.

Cheers

If you are having problems after flashing, just flash it again. I flashed my 200 after unlocking it. In fact I flashed my phone probably 20-30 times testing out various firmware. But the SIM isn't even required to flash the phone so I doubt your protection of the SIM would do anything.

I know Flroin is working on the MPx220, so it is only a matter of time. Last I heard, he had fried his MPx220 and had to get a new one to continue working on it. That was weeks (maybe a month) or so ago. So it should be soon.

your nextel sim card uses IDEN/TDMA so it cant be compatible at all GSM phones.

muchomorek is correct, Nextel uses different technology than Cingular, AT&T, and T-Mobile. They aren't compatable with each other. Sorry.
