I had checked my Windows Firewall it was allowing.
Any other suggestion?

Hi All,

How I check if I need to upgard my device HTC touch (ELF) P3450.
Which ROM is ok for my device I would like to prefer English or Japanse.

Please help me I am new to HTC tocuh family.

Hi All,

I was expecting somebody knows the solution for this problem

Problem: I have HTC Touch (Black one) P3450 from last few days while I
connect my device to PC i am getting
below error message.

error: "Synchronization cannot be completed successfully. Reconnect
your device and try again. If the problem persists, see the Microsoft
ActiveSync Troubleshooter in Microsoft ActiveSync Help on your desktop
computer."

I had restarted my device many time also I had reinstall ActiveSync
4.5 to my PC.
but as the relationship between PC and Mobile device is not identified
it will giving me above error.

Please help.

I can click 'Explore' through ActiveSync and see my device. It just won't synchronize.

I would really like to resolve this problem without doing a hard reset or recreate the partnership every 3 days.
