Unremovable files in SD card?

Hello fellas: smile.gif

Please, anybody can make a big favor giving me your knowledge about erasing a folder and its content, that I can't eliminate easily mad.gif , I have already tried with "SKTools, Pocket mechanic, Unlocler, Move on Boot" and I'm just been able to rename the main folder and a subfolder, but not it's files, neither I can't move it nor erase it. dry.gif
According to Sprite Software team (my Backup software supplier), is for these folder and files that I cannot make a full backup to my TReo 700wx huh.gif . Please, can you give a hand with this technical problem? rolleyes.gif
