Mobile Gadget News :: Making Your Mobile Life Simpler _ Other SmartPhones _ VOQMail Q

So I went and got an IMAP4 account (used myrealbox).
Account works - I can send email, I can retrieve using pop3.
When voqmail polls the account, the items are received and actually display in the Voqmail Inbox . . . for about 2 seconds. Then poof. They go somewhere else.

Sent Items remain in the Sent folder.

Any idea how to prevent this behaviour - i.e. keep the new mail in the inbox? I've tried to change many of the settings available in voqmail setup.

Barring that - any idea where the items go from the inbox? They aren't in any of the Voqmail folders.

Thanks.

Have you checked the Voq knowledge base, there may be some info there: http://mycusthelp.com/Voq/supportkbitem.asp?sSessionID=&Inc=41&sFilA=Category&sFilB=&sFilC=&KEY=voqmail

I tried everything to resolve this problem also with no luck.

Any suggestions?

The FAQ from VOQ is not helpful....
