I only ask because I noticed that something seemed a little off with my 3125 and I am wondering if it may just be mine in particular. My 3125 feels a little less sturdy, meaning that it is a little loose at the hinges, enough to where there is a slight wobble back and fourth when it is closed. This is not the case with my smartflip though, it is solid through and through. I am just wondering if it is the Cingular line or just isolated to my phone. If it just mine, thank God for Sprite, and the 30day return/exchange policy. Someone please let me know once you get yours. Thanks.

If it turns out you need to return/exchange yours through Cingular, is it going to matter that you SIM unlocked your phone (as mentionted in another thread)?

Nah, they would never know any different. It isn't like they carry other SIMs on hand and test them. Besides I returned several Blue MPx200's back in the day that I did all sorts of crazy ROM flashes to. I don't think it will be an issue at all wink.gif

UPDATE
Turns out that I was just unlucky with the phone I happened to recieve. I called the local Cingular Coorporate store this afternoon to see if they had any in stock and if I could do an instore trade for a web purchased phone, they said no problem. I drove out there (bout 5 miles) and was in and out of the store with my new phone in under 5 minutes. Thank God for sprite because I spent a few hours setting the phone up yesterday. You better belive that I was backing up along the way, and that I did a fresh backup this morning before I hard reset the one I was returning. Well now time to get cracking restoring and making the fine tune adjustments....
