I have a 8125 and cannot seem to access my work computers.
The password page lists all the required settings as follows.
IE 5.5 or greater
popups allowed
cookies enabled
Javascript enabled
downloads enabled
activex enabled
I think I have half of the settings already. Ive downloaded, think WM5.0 IE is good, and
I have cookies on my phone. Not sure about popups, javascript, and activex. Anyone out there
a software wiz that could suggest what I my be lacking. I can access my work computers
using my laptop or any web computer using IE or firefox.
Also when I go to the ID Password page using my phone, I get a warning that my caps are locked
eventhough my caps lock is off. Thanks in advance

PIE is fairly limited when it comes to additional things like java and ActiveX. I'd recommend trying the trial of Netfront and see if that allows you to get the site you need. It is a far more advanced browser than PIE, and may be able to.

Thanks Smeg the trial Netfront worked great. Was a little worried that the trial does not come with all
the bells and whistles of the pay for version. Now I need to find a free browser I can donate
cash to. Thats the way I like to get software. Any free browsers out there? Thanks again.

No. There are some free add-ons for PIE, but nothing that will let you do what you're wanting to. Netfront is really the only option. You could check out Thunderhawk as well, but they charge either a monthly or yearly fee for the service.

Tried Opera mini and ftxP, another free browser. Opera was really nice to use and to my surprise
got me into the first level of my work computer but then would not accept a user ID at the next level. Looks
like Im going with netfront. Its sad that apparently netfront comes standard on some phones/pdas but not on
the 8125 WM5.0. Thanks again
