I just bought this phone about 2 weeks ago everything was working great until I hit the test option on the video accelerator, and it rebooted on it's own, and ever since then (3 days ago) it stays locked and it will not reboot from any combination. The only way to reset is to remove the battery. I tried all the reset techniques soft, hard nothing works it just goes right to the first page where it displays the software version and locks.
I started enjoying this phone until this mishap.

any help would be greeeeatly appreciated,
thanks,
-Mark

You may want to try to install the latest ROM from the HTC site.

I was going to try that but it says you need to be logged to active sync, but the phone doesn't even boot that far, It just goes to the very first page where it tells you the rom ver. etc... etc..
