I hope someone can help...

I just got a new(ish) HW6925 with a cracked LCD, purchased a new replacement screen and can't seem to get the device apart.

I did remove the four torx screws from the back of the case, but I can't seem to find any others holding it together.

Can anyone either give instructions or point me to a site with them???

Thanks all

Tom

This site http://www.ipaqrepair.co.uk/ipaq_repair.php has a number of repair guides for IPAQs. One of the battery replacement guides may give you a decent idea on how to disassemble yours. The guides include nice photos and are in pdf format - free to download. Good Luck.

Thanks Abatis,

I looked at their materials last night but id doesn't quite work with the hw6500/6900 case. This thing is extremely well put together, with no real concept that anyone would want to take it apart without destructive force.

I've scoured the web looking for repair information, to no avail... guess I'll have to wait 'till monday and try to get a tech on the phone to walk me through the process.

Thanks again... anyone else have ideas???

Tom
