_ Orange _ Lost Answerphone speed dial

Hi,
I have somehow lost the speed dial on key 1 for the answerphone also resulting in not being able to use the right "soft key" when it displays "call Answerphone" (or whatever).

If I view speed dials it says that location 1 is empty, but if I try and put 123 back, it says "reserved".

Any ideas?
