I used the famous registry tweak that adds a Disconnect Button and the Elapsed time for EDGE/GPRS. I don't know why this is feature was lacking in the 8125, but it's awesome to have have both.

Anyone know of a similar Registry Hack that would do the same for WiFi, but I want want to turn off the entire WiFi card, but I would like a "Disconnect" button that would disconnect me from the WAP I'm connected to and allow me to connect to another one near by.

Anyone?

----- Registery Entry for the EDGE/GPRS Disconnect/Elapsed Timer -----

To add a Disconnect button and an elapsed timer display:
HKLM\ControlPanel\Phone\Flags2 = 16 (DWORD decimal)

To disable both the Disconnect button and the elapsed timer display:
HKLM\ControlPanel\Phone\Flags2 = 0 (DWORD decimal)

If I understand correctly, the new ROM on the HTC website has added these two buttons in the Comm Manager.
