I setup my new moto q using the software (Verizon) and chose the option for email to be sent to me directly my cpu doesn't need to be on. The email is being sent to the VZW account but not being sent to my q. Is this a free service because I never saw anything asking for a subscription or do I need to reconfigure my gmail or q? Please help
Thanks

You are using Wireless Sync? I was never a big fan of it because it always seemed to mess up somehow. You can POP a Gmail account directly to the Q instead of using the Wireless Sync app, and have it automatically check your account every X minutes to pull the email to the Q for you.

There are some instructions here. The settings for Gmail are in the table on that page. Make sure you go to your Gmail settings and turn POP access on.
