I am asking maybe the same question others have asked and if I am doing that I am very sorry. I didn't had much of luck finding a good search on it so I am asking you guys the experts. I been told to install WM2K5 but I am not sure if WM2K3 is better or WM2K2. Can anyone help me understand the pro and cons of this 3 OS?

Thanks In Advance!

It only gives you that error when trying to dial voicemail, or all phone numbers? I've never heard of this problem before.

Noper only when trying to call the Voicemail. When I turn the phone on, I get SIM card error. Then it say T-mobile when is fully log in and i had finish pressing ok to the windos error. Beside that, I can't dial 123 or the backdoor number because I get that error. By the way I have a piece of paper holding the sim in place so I am not sure why is doing that.

Why dose this phone stop being able to access the voicemail box? Is annoying to have to call everytime using another phone tech support for them to try to fix it. Why idea why the phone is stop having access to the voicemail box?

123 dosen't work and the 805-637-7243 number dosen't work for T-Mobile.
It tells me

ERROR
Unable to complete the call as dialed. Verify the number and try again.

Thanks In advance for any tip and help ya can give me.

Dose MPx200 Smartphone have defrag software tool? Since is running under windows and with all the installation and application removal. I was wondering if such tool or software exists for these phones. I know PDA have some but that is totally different.

Also, try browsing to the Apps -> Install directory on the phone memory.
This is the temporary directory where the cab (installable) is stored.
Sometimes, it does not get deleted and just takes up the available memory.

Thanks guys I fixed it. All your help have allow me to learn a bit more about installing application to this phone. wink.gif

Try reinstalling the program. The installation should ask you where you want to install. Select SD Card from the choices. Sprite runs fine from the SD card. If you ever need to restore, just use file manager and go to the SD card and click on the Sprite executable file.

The MPx200 does have notoriously bad battery life, but it shouldn't be that bad. The only setting that can really help improve it is the Beam option in Settings. Make sure it is unchecked. Have you flashed the phone? Sometimes flashing or hard resetting the phone on a less than full battery will cause the battery life to be reduced. You could try hard resetting with the directions here and see if that helps as well. Remember though, hard resetting will delete all the data from your phone, so try that as a last resort.

Ok, well I also updated my phone with that file from T_MobileSMT.zip that was giving the link to me. I did a soft reset and it remove my data of my phone as far as getting to voicemail for T-Mobile. Also I get Sim Failture when starting my phone. Any advice to what to do then? Or should I call it in back again to T-Mobile for the 3rd time. =/

Cool, Thanks Admin and smeg36. Sorry I'm Spanish and I can confuse someone very easy. lol

So one of my question is this.

ok so.today I talk to 3 peoples after the last one my battery life seem to haved dain to very low.I am not sure how come but I had it fully charge. I then use the phone during the evening time. One called was about 10mins, the second 115mins and the last one about 5-10mins. Now my question is this; is that normal for this kind of phone?

If not is there a setting to fix this problem?

I don't really understand what your asking in the first part of the post. For internet, do you have an internet plan with T-Mobile? Which one? Try installing abatis' T-Mobile GPRS cab.

Sorry bro if I have confuse you but I think I do since i have a dual phone family plan. I use to log into T-Zone by miss take and I use to get charge for it. So, I am wondering if my settings to go into T-Zone are mess up because, I can't log IE online. Hope I clear that out a bit.

If I remember right you should be able to just dial your own number to connect to the message center.
If that works you can just assign that number to key#1

Yea but that didn't work for me so I just called T-mobile customer service and they fix it from there. Thanks for ya help.

If you are plannng on using it as your primary device, I'd recommend WM2003. WM5 on the MPx200 is really fun to play with, but way to unstable for a primary device in my opinion. Unless you really enjoy tweaking and troubleshooting your main device.

Oh I c, Thanks Man! I will just stick with 2003. I don't want to mess around with my phone since I have to do that for PCs anyways. wink.gif
