I have one and it has the crashing problem. I advise you not to buy one because Orange will not replace them if a problem occurs. They can olny replace it with a P800 nothing else.

Good luck and i have sent the warning. Bloody shame because i rreally liked this phone and there is nothing else out there with similar features. P800 is good but they dont even sell it on their website so why should i take that as a replacement.

why dont you try to update your firmware, i did and it work fine.

Maybe if you explain what your crashing problem is, someone can help you smile.gif
I've had an occassional glitch on my MPX200 (some accidental, some delibrate :twisted: ) and Orange have been more than happy to help me either solve the problem (they've called me numerous of times just to see if my problem is solved or offer a solution) or offer an exchange for a new MPX200.

does anyone know why sometimes my handset sorta hangs for a few second while moving through menus and then comes back to life like nothing happened? anyone else get this?

Large quantities of files in folders can slow the menu selection down
also if accessing your Inbox is slow then this can be down to the jmms
app that comes preinstalled on the Orange mpx200.
