Hi, I just supposedly bought a new mpx220 from ebay which stated it was new and unopened. When i try to access Buuetooth however i see a message stating "No Bluetooth hardware is installed on this device" The seller clearly stated that the phone had bluetooth. Can anyone assist? The MPx220 does have bluetooth, so the problem you have is most likely software related. Did you hard reset it when the phone arrived? I'd recommend doing that before anything else, and then see if the BT will work. If a hard reset doesn't work, I'd then try a ROM flash. IF that still doesn't work, it's most likely a hardware related problem.

Bought one from cells4less that is a twin to yours(got it 2-6-08). I have the same problem. I'm getting the feeling that these phones are rebuilds. This one is definately "better" (faster, sharper graphics, more programs/functions) than my old 220 (ran over, RIP) but i'd like to get the bluetooth going. I've contacted the seller about this problem and await their response.
