I have a tmobile mda and would like to unlock it with
The tmobile unlock code they gave me.
I will be going to AT&T with it.
I want to known if my mda will be fully operational
Once it is with AT&T or do I need to do further work on it.

You will need to change your settings for data. Most other items like the voicemail dial number are downloaded from the network to the phone.
