I got this strange problem with the speakerphone. If I call someone, and activate the speakerphone, it will not work. Moreover, when I re-activate the handset again, it doesn't work. so i have to cancel the call and call the person again.

However, if someone calls me and i activate speakerphone, it works. AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG. can someone send me the correct settings for speakerphone.

When on a call (after you hit send once quickly for outgoing or incoming calls), press and hold the send key until speakerphone comes on. Is that what you're doing?

Sorry, to which key you are referring to. "SEND KEY", I don't know that? Please assist.

send key = green "dial" key (as opposed to red "hang up" key)

I have a similar problem. When on a call, if I activate speakerphone, I hear the voice of person for like 20 milliseconds and then the speaker goes mute. Once I revert back to normal mode (i.e. sound coming from earset) it works ... however, I can thus never get to use speakerphone.... any ideas???

I had this problem when I had SP 2002 installed, still have it with WM5 (never tried 2003)

I have an AT&T 1.8/1.9 MPx200

Thanks so much!!!

I know this will be hard to believe but
there is a great chance that the problem is in
your SIM card.
If another operator SIM works then request SIM change from your current operator.
