This above link seems to have answered my question.

Seems there is a few work around's posted on the Internet, all involve re-adding the intshrui.exe program

However i would still like to know if this official release does or does not include intshrui.exe.

I wanted to know if anyone who has done the upgrade is using or had been using the intshrui.exe to tether your phone for Internet access.

If so or even if not is that still included in the WM6.0 Update?

I use that extensively with my Data package and i am about to travel.

Any experience with this is much appreciated.

I may start a new topic later but i hoped since this was one of the first that came up on Google that it may help others who are curious as well.
