Hello all. New to the forums here and hope you fine folks can offer some assistance.
I recently purchased a Voq. I love the phone so far.
I have managed to get the internet up and running and pretty much everything else, but I cannot get the SMS to function properly.
Unlike the other person who couldn't send any text messages, I cannot recieve any. I'll send them to people and they will confirm that they recieve them from me, but I cannot get their replies.
Any suggestions?
The phone is the A11 model.
The problem must lie somewhere on Cingular's network. Any Smartphone, regardless of settings or anything, can receive SMS by default. The only other possibility is some software conflict causing it, which would be solved by a hard reset. I'd try a simple power cycle first though.
