I set it up but for some reason it's showing an hour ahead.

I have this same stupid problem. The phone changes the time and hour to 4 hours ahead. I constantly change it back but it doesnt hesitate to do this again. Changes the date too

Besides actually setting the time, have you also set the time zone to yours? Do you have ActiveSync set up to sync the date and time when you connect?

Yes, the time zone is set correctly and it is not set to sync with activesync

Can you try letting it sync the date and time when you connect via Active Sync? I'm using version 4.2 and it's located under tools\options\settings (you have to make sure it's checked affirmatively). I haven't had the problem you're having, so it's just an idea that I hope works.
