by mistake i delete this file from: \windows\Start Menu\ I create a shortcut to settings.exe, but i lost nice icon, anyone can send me this file?

Have you solved this issue yet? We could probabaly find the icon for you. Also if you save your data and contacts you could do a hard reset and it will come back.
