OK, we have a set of settings in our FAQ for Vodafone but this looks much more complete. I will compare and combine and update the FAQs based on your work here, thank you very much...

Just to confirm, the GPRS access point is just internet, and not internet.something.com,net,ect...?

Nope - these are the exact settings i have on my phone - the access point is definately just internet.

I have had other settings (mainly from the hellomoto.com site) but these tend to stop working after a while.

These are the definitive ones

And these are for the UK (Contract) Settings right? Just making sure that I have everything so I can update the FAQ Carrier Data Settings...

Hi,

I am new to all this so any help would be Gr8!

I just recieved my new Dell Axim x50 520Mhz model, and want to set up an internet connection on it.

I am using T-mobile at the moment, but it is costing 2p per Kb!

I need somthing better than that, i have been looking at O2 but they will only let me have mobile internet access if i go for a contract.

Contract is not an option so i need some one that will allow mobile internet via, GPRS on Pay as you go.

Does Vodafone let you do this, (when i say Mobile internet, i want HTTP conections not WAP)

Sorry if this is going off topic a bit, but im not sure where else to post.

Thanks
John
