I just got brand new mpx200 and everything works just fine except for the front screen its realy dimm like i can bearly see it when the back light is on and ive already soft and hard reseted it any one know what i can do and i can always send it back for a new one

You can try changing the contrast in the Settings. I think it is in Phone Settings, the external LCD contrast.

Have you tried tweaking the external Lcd settings?

Settings>Phone Settings> Ext. LCD contrast
