From a prior post, Jeff (jhongs of jhongsunlock@yahoo.ca - $10 for unlocking!) wanted to warn us of a few MPx200s being sold on ebay which cannot be unlocked. The seller's name is: lsiwireless360
A Guest also chimed in on another seller by the name of: azuaiter who misrepresent phones as new but are lacking accessories, box, software, or even manuals, and in some cases cannot be unlocked!

thehub18101 is another one. Phones are coming out of TX which "fell off the back of the truck" and are not in Motorolas database.
be careful about phone from texas. some of them are stolen and cannot be unlock.
