For all unhappy ipaq H6315 users here is the link to the new rom update

http://www.t-mobile.com/hpupdate/

This software upgrade is designed to provide:
Improved overall stability
Improved Bluetooth® performance
Improved voice quality
Improved e-mail performance
Other general improvements

How do I check the software version on my iPAQ?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To check the software version on your iPAQ:

Tap Start > Settings.
Tap the Systems tab.
Tap HP Asset Viewer.
Tap the Version tab.
- If your ROM Revision is lower than 1.10.08 ENG you should install the new software version.
- If your ROM Revision is 1.10.08 ENG or higher you should NOT install the new software version.

P.S to download this update you need to have valid T-Mobile number

Bluetooth seems to stay connected better.

Did the ipaq tutorial previously popup when you selected a function? It's been a while since I did a hard reset. -Most likely there for the people that don't care to RTFM.

My WPA protected WiFi network connects much more reliably. My Wifi has always acted up and rarely connected to any hotspots well so the hard reset may have fixed it vs the upgrade.

Voice Quality is still about the same. I didn't notice an improvement.

Activesync has been acting a bit weird. (not prompting for guest account)

PHONE->TOOLS->Hands free preferences.. was that there before? (yeah yeah- I really need to pay attention more!)

Email works- No issues before, no apparent issues now. I use Exchange Activesync, IMAP, and added a POP3 account for testing.

Ringers are still a little low in volume.

WMP10 upgrade would have been nice =(

It's been stable for the last few hours... let's see how it goes in the coming days.

Someone double-check and let me know if I was seeing things...

- on the v1.00.38 ROM, didn't it have the 1.5 BT stack?
- yet on the new v1.10.08 ROM it has 1.0 BT stack...
