The logo of start up is a bit interesting, called 'mobile operator'?! It can use O2 and orange SIM card but not T-mobile. How can I find out if it is really SIM unlocked?

If you can put more than one carrier's SIM in the phone (O2 and Orange), the phone is unlocked. I don't know why a T-Mobile SIM wouldn't work in the phone, but if you can use both O2 and Orange cards in it the problem shouldn't be the SIM lock status. -------------------- Phone: Sprint Touch Pro

It must be something wrong with the SIM.
