This game has the most amazing graphics that I have seen on a smartphone, and is complimented by the excellent sound quality as well. Eclipse: First Wave is a high speed addictive action arcade game. It offers rumble, which is a nice flavor to the intense action that you will face during play.

The controls are pretty basic making for a better experience for one handed play, and they are fully customizable in the game options.
• Up
• Right
• Down
• Left
• Fire

There is also an auto-fire feature that makes it more "one-hand" friendly, but by no means makes the game itself any easier.

There are 2 different ships to choose from before you play. The F73 Fighter has weaker shields, but has more up front firepower from the start. The B97 Bomber has less up front cannon power, but is equipped with bombs and a stronger shield from the start. There are four types of upgrades for both ships throughout the game, Speed, Cannon, Bombs, and Shields. You get the upgrades by destroying the special colored enemy and collecting the power up, but watch out for meteors, they sting a little.

This game is packed with non-stop intense action from avoiding meteors, to blasting the enemy out of existance. The special effects with the detailed graphics of this game are going to leave you craving more.

Unfortunitly there is no save game, but this just keeps it true to the classic arcade style that it follows. To complete this game from start to finish it will take you aproximatly 25 minutes, given that you make it...

Eclipse: First Wave is an addictive, must have, intense action packed game, that any smartphone gamer will love.

The price is $12.99 on Handango and there is also a trial available.
