I cannot load programs on to my i600, does anyone know how to do a HARD RESET?

Go to this link and install the HKCR Registry Key Update Patch. This cleared the problem up for me.There are two other patches you may want to install thee also. Here is the link: http://www.samsungtelecom.com/support/mit/
