The wife and I have a matching pair of MPX200s on the Orange (UK) network.
Recently hers has developed a problem - she can hear what callers are saying, but callers cannot hear her. sad.gif
Any suggestions? Would a Master Reset cure the problem?

Grateful for any advice. smile.gif

Depending on the cause of the problem a hard reset could fix it. I'd give it a try and see. If it doesn't it's probably a hardware problem, which means it very difficult to fix, if possible.

Now I have the same problem on mine, only the other way round - I can't hear anything, but the other party can hear me. Hard reset doesn't seem to have made any difference.
Any other suggestions?
