Have you tried to flash back to an older version?

I would first try re-installing the Moto Upgrade wizard, then attempting to re-flash the phone with this new firmware. I am think it is probabally the same version that I came across last night. BEN-6-0900-053.img I belive. I can confirm that this is a good img file because I am currently running it on my phone smoothly. The issue may be with your PC. Have you successfully flashed your phone from that PC in the past, or is this your first stab at it? I would also suggest that you try it from a different PC because I know of users that have had similiar issues in the past. No need to panic, your phone will be fine, even if it refuses to accept this ROM (that has been known to happen as well) then you can always flash to a different ROM and all should be well. Let me know what you find...

everything is fine. it was stupidity on my part (i think) my usb cable was running thru a hub, so I went directly into my pc, and then it worked. seemed to take a couple of times, but all is well now. it is the same version you came across, i think (brings it to 1.0.5something or other. thanks for your help guys

the 105.... is what it saves as the actual img file is something like what I mentioned above. Good to hear that it is working for you though...
