will a bluetooth device version 2.0 support the 2125 bluetooth version

Yes, bluetooth is backward compatible. If, for instance, you have a BT 2.0 headset and your phone is BT 1.2 they will still work together. The headset won't get all the benefits of the newer version though, it will revert to 1.2.
