Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall Jeyo on your PC and make sure your firewall is open to Activesync?

I will give it a try. Not sure about the firewall, it worked with my 5600 though. This is my work PC, so I don't have much control over security.

Have you tried checking the Support section of the Jeyo website? I'd try contacting the developer with that error code and see if they know what it means.

I emailed them last week, no response.

Just picked up a 2125 to replace my 5600 and I am having trouble getting Jeyo mobile companion to work. I have the latest version of it and active sync. Active sync works but Jeyo just says "starting device agent." When I try to run "CommMan.exe" I get this error: "0x80070002 Calllog module Init failed." Any ideas?

Brining this back from the dead, is there another link for this microsoft service? The above link does not send you to the right place anymore.

How long is the warrenty, I never read any of that stuff they gave me. If I had them put a new faceplate on it would probably cost me more than the phone is worth. So I guess I'll wait till the warrenty is over.

Search ebay for a 5600 "dummy" phone, cost about $10. They are store display phones, all of the case pieces are there, no electronics. I successfully swapped the whole case on my phone without much trouble.

I haven't seen anywhere that sells replacement parts, but you may be able to get one from a dummy phone.  Ebay will occasionally have one, and they usually sell for around $10.  I didn't see any when I searched just now though.

I got a brand new 5600 dummy phone off ebay for $14 shipped. There a 4 more availible, just search for "5600 dummy."

The 5600 I bought used has a crack in the front clear window over the LCD. Are replacement parts availible for this phone? Either oem or aftermarket? Otherwise I am going to have to do some creative work in the shop to replace it myself!

Jeyo Mobile Companion.  You can use the a trial version to do that very easily, who knows you may decide to purchase it, I find it to be very useful...

Is there an easy way to delete SIM card contacts? ie not manually? I have way too many duplicates for whatever reasons and want to delete them. Can you do it through active sync? Can I just clear the whole SIM card? Then export my contacts again from my PC?
