HTC, the manufacturer of Cingular's 2125, has an English-language webpage to support its US-based customers.

"Below you will find a wealth of information to get your Cingular 2125 phone set up and working smoothly. Access the Quick Start Guide, User Manual, Troubleshooting Guide, latest software updates, or simply browse the FAQ to get any information you might need. If you would like to contact Cingular directly for support and/or services, please call Cingular Customer Service at 1-866-241-4852 or e-mail data_support@cingular.com."

Looks like the HTC Americas website is down. I wonder if brisk sales of the Cingular 2125 has lead to a lot of support phone calls to the above mentioned customer service line!

It could be. I could also see it just being answering the phone calls from little old ladies that don't know how to use the phone their grandkid got them.
