My users have been complaining about signal strength in the Phoenix area for the last week. They say that in places (like their homes and along the freeways) where they would normally have signal they are no getting no signal.

I thought they were imagining things like usual until I talked to a friend of mine who has a very large account with AT&t (I would guess between 50 - 100 phones under his corporate plan) and who knows how many IRU's and he said he has been getting the same complaints from his users.

All of the users are still using old AT&T Cingular Blue plans, phones and sim's.

I was curious if anyone else (specifically in the Phoenix area) has been having the same problem?
