I have 2 8125's...one of em unlocked with a tmobile prepaid sim car....now the problem is that it is forever searching for service...why is this???

Can i just flash this 8125 with the Tmobile MDA rom??
If I can do that can someone direct me to the correct rom to flash it with? Thanx

yes you can but if your bootloader is higher then 1.x.x then you need to downgrade it first before you can cid unlock it after that you can load any rom you like.
cid= country id.

This is hella off topic but...do u kno if i can reactivate a tmobile sim card online? It seems Tmobile Reps on the phone are all noobs

I have always done it by calling, however, I did have had one old SIM they would not reactivate. I have not seen anything on line as far as activation of a SIM.

Oh, because i was just on the phone with them and they started telling me stuff I knew for a fact wasnt accurate...I remember awhile back you used to be able to do that...i was just wondering that in hopes it would save me a trip to the nearest Tmobile store. Oh well
